Product Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund products within 28 days of purchase.  Provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or POS receipt.

Product to return must be:

• unopened and unused

• in the original condition and packaging

• including all accessories

​

Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Clearance items or products purchased during Clearance events cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Where possible we will refund the item using the same method of payment eg cash or eftpos.
